1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In large bowl combine sweet potatoes, softened cream cheese, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
3. Spread sweet potato mixture into buttered 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish.
4. Place quartered apples and cranberries in food processor, cover and process until well blended.
5. Spread apple mixture over sweet potatoes.
6. In medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, quick cooking oats, and brown sugar.
7. Using fork, cut butter into flour until mixture reassembles coarse crumbs.
8. Stir in pecans.
9. Sprinkle pecan mixture over sweet potatoes.
10. Bake casserole uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
