1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Arrange sweet potato strips in single layer in shallow baking dish.
3. In small saucepan, combine butter, orange flavored rum, kosher salt, and light brown sugar.
4. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Pour rum mixture over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with additional brown sugar.
6. Bake 15 minutes.
