1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add sweet potato wedges to large bowl.
3. Toss with melted butter and ground nutmeg.
4. Add water and sweet potatoes to large glass baking dish.
5. Bake 20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven. Brush with maple syrup. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
7. Cover baking dish with foil and return to oven for 20 minutes.
8. Transfer sweet potatoes to serving dish and pour any juices over top.
